Health Care for the Homeless Information Resource Center (HCH/IRC)

The HCH Information Resource Center operates under contract to the US Department of Health and Human Services, Bureau of Primary Health Care, to provide support services for HCH program grantees. Services include convening an annual national conference, publications, including a grantee directory and information bulletins, and information services, including bibliographic and referral information.

National Rural Health Association

The NRHA is a national nonprofit membership organization with more than 9,000 members that provides leadership on rural health issues. The association's mission is to improve the health and wellbeing of rural Americans and to provide leadership on rural health issues through advocacy, communications, education, research and leadership. The NRHA membership is made up of a diverse collection of individuals and organizations, all of whom share the common bond of an interest in rural health.

A part of the Bon Secours Health System since 2000, OLBH features a medical staff of approximately 200 members representing a broad range of specialties and state-of-the-art equipment. On-campus facilities include: the Ashland area’s first Same Day Surgery Center; a cancer treatment center; the Vitality Center, a cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation center as well as a community wellness center; the Vascular Center; the Bellefonte Behavioral Health Center, a psychiatric and drug rehabilitation center; and a 24-hour emergency room. In addition to the OLBH Mobile Health Center, additional services offered throughout the community include HomeCare Services, the OLBH Diabetes Center, plus four outreach centers providing primary care to residents in outlying areas.
